The short version

30-day window for unworn, unwashed items — but because everything is made to order, we can't take back sizing regret. Check the size chart before ordering.

What we'll replace free and fast

  • Damaged or misprinted items. Photo the defect plus your order number, email to returns@stayshifted.com.
  • Wrong item shipped. Same deal — email with a photo.
  • Sizing defects outside the published size chart tolerances.

What we won't refund

  • "It looked different in the photo." Our mockups are accurate; print placement is standard. If the product matches the listing, the sale stands.
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items returned past the 30-day window.
  • Change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@stayshifted.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Include: order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), what you'd like (replacement or refund)

3. We reply within 2 business days with next steps

Exchanges

For sizing exchanges on non-defective items, we can't swap the physical garment (it was made for you) but we can offer store credit after we review. Email us and we'll work through it.
